Healthy Baking with Texas A&M Agrilife In-Person
Celebrate Valentine's Day learning how to take care of your heart! Our friends at Texas A&M Agrilife Extension will be demonstrating how to modify recipes for good health by reducing saturated fats, sodium, and added sugars. You'll also learn how to modify recipes for common intolerances or allergies. This class is free and open to the public. Attendees will be able to sample the delicious baked goods!
