Yoga and Yogurt for Kids In-Person
Studies have proven that yoga boosts focus, stress relief, and overall happiness in children. Kids will have fun discovering how their bodies can become a tree, a cat, an airplane, and more while playing charades and going through movements with Ms. Stacy. After class, we'll enjoy a tasty yogurt treat!
We will have a limited amount of eclipse glasses available for program attendees. Tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis to be redeemed for one pair of eclipse glasses at the end of the program.
