Library on the Go! Lake Waco Wetlands In-Person
Join us for some hands-on nature fun at the Lake Waco Wetlands! Ms. Stacy is bringing her favorite nature stories to read. She'll also have you hopping like frogs, buzzing like dragonfiles, and soaring like great blue herons! Wetlands specialist Nora will talk to us about the ecological importance of the wetlands and how many different kinds of birds, insects, and animals can be found there.
Weather permitting, we will have storytime outside, so bring blankets to sit on!
Lake Waco Wetlands is always free and open to the public.
