DIY Bright Bottle Lanterns
All four Waco Library locations are giving you an opportunity to make a one-of-a-kind lantern you can take to the Lights Over Waco Lantern Parade on Sunday, April 7th, at 7pm at Indian Springs Park.
Today, we'll have recycled 2-liter bottles you can decorate using tissue paper and glue to make a big bright lantern! This craft is free for all ages.
