DIY Glowing Globe Lanterns In-Person
All four Waco Library locations are giving you an opportunity to make a one-of-a-kind lantern you can take to the Lights Over Waco Lantern Parade on Sunday, April 7th, at 7pm at Indian Springs Park.
Today, you can design your own 3" round paper lantern using a festival of art supplies. This craft is free for all ages!
