2nd Annual Edible Book Festival In-Person
Join us for our 2nd Annual Edible Book Festival at East Waco Library! Bakers of all ages are invited to create an edible representation of a book, literary figure, book character, literary pun, or plot. Edgar Allen Pie? Hot Dog Man? Get creative! Submissions must be made of at least 90% edible materials.
Entries must be room temperature stable and may be dropped off at the East Waco Library on Friday, May 17th, or by noon on Saturday, May 18th. Prizes will be awarded at 1:00 PM on Saturday.
The public is welcome to come view the desserts. There were some amazing submissions last year, and we are hoping for even more in 2024! No cakes will be harmed at the festival. They will all go home with their owners.
