Hidden Words: Blackout Poetry Night In-Person
Discover the poetry hiding in plain sight. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own blackout poems by selecting words from existing book pages and "blacking out" the rest to reveal new, unexpected meaning. No writing experience needed—just an open mind, a little curiosity, and maybe a cup of something warm. Enjoy light café-style refreshments and calming ambient music as you work. We'll provide all the materials, plus inspiration, tips, and examples to help you get started. Whether your goal is creative expression, stress relief, or just a quiet evening with like-minded people, this workshop offers a unique way to connect with language—and yourself.
