Storytime in the Park In-Person
Join Ms. Stacy and Mr. James at Redwood Shelter in Cameron Park for nature stories, songs, puppets, and more! Following storytime, we will hike over to Proctor Springs where we will explore nature's beauty of cold water springs in their natural setting.
A fun history note: Waco Public Library provided a "Nature Stories" Storytime in 1915 at Proctor Springs! A group picture was taken at this event, and we will recreate the photo at the same site 111 years later! Come join us as we unfold history with this photo recreation! Storytime in the Park is geared for families with children ages 11 and under.
