Cooking with Cultures In-Person
Our friends from Texas A&M Agrilife Extension will be here to promote dietary diversity with a cooking class that showcases the flavors of different cultures. They'll demonstrate how to cook each dish while focusing on the culture it represents. The focus for February's class is Poland! Yes, there will be samples! This class is free and open to the public. No registration required.
