Starting January 2, 2026, Waco-McLennan County Library will charge $20 per hour for meeting and conference rooms. This helps us keep our spaces available, well-maintained, and welcoming for everyone.
To book a room:
- Select your start time.
- Scroll down and choose your end time from the dropdown menu.
Your organization is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs in the meeting rooms and arranging tables and chairs in the conference room. Please reserve sufficient time. Library staff is not available to assist.
To use AV equipment, you will be required to receive instruction on its operation prior to the event. Instruction is given based on the availability of Library employees. Please schedule accordingly.
Meetings need to end and cleanup must be done 15 minutes prior to the library closing.
