Join us for a special living-history program as Marilyn Judy brings to life Emily Margaret Bryan Perry—better known as Emily Austin, sister of Stephen F. Austin. Far from the stereotype of a delicate southern lady, Emily cultivated a self-reliant spirit that enabled her to manage family responsibilities, vast property holdings, and eventually the immense estate left to her by her brother.
